Mirror Mirror

A large-scale touring immersive AV exhibition deployed across two international venues over two consecutive seasons — Calgary (2023–2024) and Singapore (2024–2025). Each deployment required a full re-adaptation of the experience to a non-purpose-built venue, while maintaining the consistency of the artistic intent and operational reliability across both sites.

Managing two active deployments in parallel — with Calgary's operational period overlapping Singapore's preparation phase — meant constant coordination across time zones, regulatory environments, and supply chains. Power, rigging, HVAC, and access all required custom solutions at each location. Fire marshal coordination for atmospheric effects alone involved two entirely different approval processes and compliance frameworks.

Both deployments opened on schedule. Consistent technical performance and audience experience maintained across the full run at each site.
